"The Route of the Translana" project has been realized under the Community Initiative Program INTERREG III - A. The project has been developed between PORTUGAL (Cova da Beira - Covilh ã) and SPAIN-TAGUS REGION (Alcántara, Aliseda, Arroyo de la Luz, Brozas, Casar de Cáceres, Garrovillas, Hinojal, Malpartida de Cáceres, Mata de Alcántara, Monroy, Navas del Madroño, Piedras Albas, Santiago del Campo, Talaván, Villa del Rey and Zarza la Mayor).
 
In this new Web you will find, besides the general information of the project and its results, an INTERACTIVE WEB of TOURIST ROUTES FOR THE TAGUS REGION , with information (way-points for GPS (GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM)) and digital cartography (shape coverages for ARC/VIEW) of the routes to be downloaded and to be used for the tour of those routes by means of the adapted hardware and software..
